1. Agricultural Operations Manager
Location: Awash Melkasa Town, East Shoa Zone, Oromiya, Ethiopia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of flour milling and animal feed production (820 quintals/day capacity).
Manage supply chain logistics for raw materials (corn, teff, wheat) and ensure sustainable sourcing.
Lead a team of 50+ staff, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001).
Collaborate with farmers’ cooperatives to enhance productivity and implement training programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in agricultural operations or food processing.
Strong leadership skills and knowledge of sustainable farming practices.
Fluency in Amharic and English; Oromo language skills are a plus.

Ensure compliance with national and international food safety standards.
Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols for production lines.
Train staff on quality control procedures and maintain detailed records.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.
3+ years of experience in quality control within food processing or manufacturing.
Proficiency in laboratory testing and data analysis.
Fluency in Amharic and English.
